About the position
The Patient Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in educating patients about innovative healing technologies, specifically TMS and Ketamine treatments. This position focuses on providing patient-centered care and support, ensuring that patients understand the benefits of these treatments while fostering a connection to their individual needs. The role is vital in revolutionizing healthcare delivery through advanced medical devices and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Be the expert on TMS and Ketamine, with training and studies provided.
- Take ownership of all patients on the provider's schedule.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with patients to connect treatment solutions to their individual needs.
- Support healing through education, connection, and focus on TMS and Ketamine.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
