They assist individuals in navigating the web-based State or Federal Marketplace and provide patients with an Explanation of Benefits while answering questions related to coverage and billing. The role also includes completing Point of Service Collections, arranging payment plans, and processing contract payments in the Wells Fargo system and Epic. The specialist promotes the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health and abides by service behavior standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
