About the position

The Patient Operations Coordinator at Circadia Health is responsible for enhancing patient care through innovative remote monitoring solutions. This entry-level position involves conducting initial patient visits at skilled nursing facilities, providing education about the Circadia device, and ensuring effective communication and scheduling within the team. The role is pivotal in supporting the company's mission to improve healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to various skilled nursing facilities to conduct initial remote patient monitoring visits.
  • Provide clear and compassionate education to patients about the Circadia device and related information.
  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members and executives.
  • Assist with the setup of virtual patient visits, ensuring all technology is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual visits and assist patients in resolving them.
  • Manage company equipment, ensuring all items are functioning and coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Interact with patients to effectively convey information and enhance their understanding.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences).
  • Familiarity with healthcare settings or experience in patient care is a plus (e.g., internships, volunteer work).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive to various skilled nursing facilities.
  • Ability to practice independently with little or no supervision.
  • Comfort using technology such as Google Suite, multiple EMRs, and Slack.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
