About the position

The Patient Operations Coordinator at Circadia Health plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care through innovative remote monitoring solutions. This position involves conducting initial patient visits at skilled nursing facilities, providing education about the Circadia device, and ensuring effective communication between patients and the healthcare team. The coordinator will also manage scheduling, assist with virtual visits, and troubleshoot technical issues, all while contributing to the company's mission of improving healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to various skilled nursing facilities to conduct initial remote patient monitoring visits.
  • Provide clear and compassionate education to patients about the Circadia device and related information.
  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members and executives.
  • Assist with the setup of virtual patient visits, ensuring all technology is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual visits and assist patients in resolving them.
  • Manage company equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences).
  • Familiarity with healthcare settings or experience in patient care is a plus (e.g., internships, volunteer work).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive to various skilled nursing facilities.
  • Ability to practice independently with little or no supervision.
  • Comfort using technology such as Google Suite, multiple EMRs, and Slack.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
