The Patient Placement Coordinator will also engage in regular communication with external facilities and agencies to facilitate transfers and ensure continuity of care for patients. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
