Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, including working on a computer.
- Ability to type and spell accurately.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate Degree in Business or Health related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred.
- 1-2 years of healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
- Certification of Patient Accounts preferred.
