Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and conduct.
  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Recruit study patients for upcoming research studies via database information.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Direct all calls to appropriate area/extensions.
  • Participate in offsite recruitment events as directed.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with study patients regarding study objectives and ongoing instructions.
  • Collaborate with others as a team player.
  • Meet all study protocol requirements and deadlines.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as requested to facilitate business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in patient recruitment or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with research studies and clinical trials is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
