About the position

This full-time position at Grady Memorial Hospital operates from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, with a rotating schedule that includes working Sunday through Thursday in the first week and Monday through Thursday with an additional Saturday in the second week. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate the Revenue Cycle process by accurately collecting demographic and financial information necessary for producing clean claims that ensure timely reimbursement. This position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service during interactions with patients, families, visitors, and Ohio Health Physicians and associates. Responsibilities

• Collect accurate demographic and financial information from patients.

Requirements

• One to two years of previous experience in a medical office setting.
