The role emphasizes building relationships with patients from the first interaction and requires proficiency in scheduling software, specifically AdvancedMD. The ideal candidate is bilingual and possesses strong phone etiquette, although medical office experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from new and existing patients.
• Schedule appointments appropriately and confirm them.
• Follow up with unscheduled patients.
• Contact patients referred by other doctors.
• Learn and utilize scheduling software (AdvancedMD).

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and another language.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette.
