This position involves various administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification, and financial clearance, including pre-visit collections. The PSR is responsible for ensuring accurate patient data is collected and entered into the patient record, requiring exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of insurance and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, this role includes mentoring fellow Patient Access co-workers.
