About the position

We are seeking an Entry-Level Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced medical office environment. Your responsibilities will include screening patients for various programs and assisting with enrollment into such programs, as well as scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with eligibility for medical programs offered.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism.

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to manage medical records accurately and confidentially.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Punctual, dependable and focused.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations - fluent English and Spanish speaker.
