About the position
The Patient Services Specialist (PSS) at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is responsible for handling various clerical duties within a medical clinic setting. Responsibilities
- Handle clerical duties associated with a medical clinic.
- Assist co-workers in performing all job duties of a Patient Services Specialist.
- Learn and perform all duties of all front office stations as required.
- Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Maintain attention to detail and meet time-sensitive priorities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Experience in the healthcare field is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
