- Ensure the availability and completeness of medical records.
- Greet patients and ascertain their needs in a timely manner.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Perform data entry related to patient information and appointments.
- Uphold the policies and procedures of Hillcrest Healthcare System.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic understanding of insurance, referrals, and medical records.
