About The Position

The Patient Services Representative coordinates and provides a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with daily physician practice operations. This role serves as the initial point of contact for patients and healthcare providers within the practice, delivering the high standard of customer service necessary to maintain the overall patient experience. The hours for this position are variable and may include evening and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Business or related field.
• One year experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
