• Ensure accurate collection of patient information and insurance details.
• Support the revenue cycle by verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient access to services.

Requirements

• One year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Nice-to-haves

• Some college-level coursework, particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire is preferred.
• Previous experience as a registrar and with third-party payors is advantageous.
