The position is responsible for customer service at the reception area for all incoming and outgoing patients. This includes scheduling all future appointments for patients both in person and over the telephone, as well as balancing the daily cash receipts. Duties also involve answering and routing calls, and scheduling and following up on appointments. The role is directly supervised by the Patient Service Supervisor.
