About The Position
The position involves transporting patients to and from scheduled treatment appointments using stretchers, wheelchairs, beds, and ambulation. The role requires assessing patients' ability to transfer to the mode of transportation and referring those who need assistance to nursing staff. Transportation must be carried out in a timely manner according to departmental guidelines, and safety policies must be observed at all times. The associate will assist patients with transfers and ensure that all equipment is handled properly and maintained according to standards.
