About The Position
The Paving Foreman is responsible for supervising a construction crew, scheduling work, and assisting with labor as needed. This role requires strong leadership skills to maintain crew discipline, resolve conflicts, and foster teamwork. The Foreman ensures that projects are completed satisfactorily while maintaining safe working conditions and managing tool inventory.
