Responsibilities
Evaluate items brought in by customers for pawn or sale
Negotiate loan terms and sale prices with customers
Maintain accurate records of pawned/sold items
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
Keep the store organized and clean
Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase item features
Requirements
Prior experience in wireless sales, appliance sales, or retail sales is advantageous
Proficiency in basic math skills for pricing and transactions
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with stock management procedures
Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions
Ability to effectively sell products to customers
Knowledge of conducting product demos to enhance sales opportunities
