Responsibilities
- Greeting and connecting with guests to establish rapport.
- Testing and cleaning items to maximize store profitability.
- Researching values of products accurately.
- Removing personal data from electronic items for resale.
- Recording brand, model, serial number, guest information, and detailed descriptions according to state and city ordinances.
- Ensuring loans and purchases are stored properly.
- Achieving pawnbroker key performance indicators (KPI).
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Attending regular pawn trainings and store meetings.
- Enforcing safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of point of sales systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
