Responsibilities

• Greeting and establishing rapport with guests.
• Testing and cleaning items to maximize store profitability.
• Researching values of products accurately.
• Removing personal data from electronic items for resale.
• Recording brand/model/serial number/guest info and detailed descriptions.
• Ensuring loans and purchases are stored properly.
• Achieving pawnbroker key performance indicators (KPI).
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Attending regular pawn trainings and store meetings.
• Enforcing safety, health, security rules, and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of point of sales systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand or sit for 20% of the day.
• Ability to walk for 80% of the day.
• Ability to use hands/fingers for 100% of the day.
• Ability to climb or balance for 20% of the day.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 30% of the day.
• Ability to talk/hear for 100% of the day.
