About the position

The Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist & Admin Coordinator at Sky Jet Services plays a crucial role in supporting the finance, operations, and administrative functions of the company. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals skilled in data entry and accounting systems, who can effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter and maintain data in QuickBooks.
  • Update and maintain the Certificate of Insurance (COI) database.
  • Organize and file sales tax certificates.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate QuickBooks entries.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices for compliance.
  • Assist with contractor recruitment and maintain recruitment systems.
  • Perform data entry in Salesforce, Encore, and other internal systems.
  • Manage postage machine and assist with mail handling.
  • Act as backup receptionist to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Encore systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience in billing, collections, and administrative tasks preferred.
