About the position
As our Payables Specialist on the Accounting team, you'll work directly with the MMA teams and vendors to facilitate accurate and timely completion of payables functions. In addition, this person works with clients to facilitate timely collection of all outstanding balances.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Being detailed, organized and manages time well
- Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
Nice-to-haves
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior accounts payable or accounts receivable experience
- Prior insurance industry experience
