About The Position
NIKA is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting and Finance team in Rockville, MD. This role focuses on coordinating all functions related to the payroll process and managing the corresponding software, Paycom. The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain payroll records, and provide excellent internal customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
