About The Position

As a Manager, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include developing new skills, resolving issues that hinder team effectiveness, coaching team members, analyzing complex ideas, and using data to inform decisions. You will also be responsible for managing diverse viewpoints to build consensus and simplify complex messages. The Application Lead role entails overseeing day-to-day implementation, leveraging your past experience with Epic Tapestry and Payer operations across various areas such as Tapestry Membership, Core Administration, and Medical Management/UM Case Management. In this position, you will be expected to manage client engagements, produce solutions, and drive transformation across core functions and technology implementations. You will lead all aspects of Epic Tapestry systems implementation, including planning, building, testing, training, and production support, while ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Your extensive experience with large Epic Tapestry platform implementations will be crucial in guiding your team to achieve successful outcomes.
