The Payment and Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the company. This position is responsible for handling internal print jobs and managing mail processes via USPS. The specialist will oversee the office supply inventory, ensuring that necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves checking the mail throughout the week and applying any payments received for policies. The specialist will also manage the Chargebacks process, which is essential for maintaining accurate financial records. Other general administrative and office duties will be part of the responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal print jobs and manage mail processes via USPS.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Check the mail throughout the week and apply any payments to policies received in the mail.
• Manage the Chargebacks process to ensure accurate financial records.
• Perform other general administrative and office duties as required.

Requirements

• 1.5 years in a professional office environment or 1 year of research and/or payment application experience required.
• 1.5 years in a professional office environment or 1 year of research and/or payment application experience preferred.
