The Payment Operations Specialist position at Adecco involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on payment processing within the Payment Operations department. In addition to data entry, you will verify the negotiability of checks and analyze transactions to ensure that payments are processed correctly. A critical part of your role will involve re-associating check images with the corresponding materials while maintaining the quality of the images. You will also be expected to maintain site productivity and quality standards, occasionally lifting and moving mail trays as necessary. Collaboration with team members to meet collective goals, along with a willingness to cross-train and learn all job functions within operations, is essential. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to recommend procedural and workflow changes aimed at enhancing both quality and productivity in the department.
