About the position

The Payment Operations Specialist I plays a crucial role in supporting the Payment Operations team by handling various tasks related to transaction processing, customer inquiries, and maintaining customer files. This position focuses on ensuring accurate reconcilements and providing daily operational support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Payment Operations products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payment Operations team in all activities involving the support of Payment Operations products.
• Focus on reconcilements and daily operations support.
• Handle customer inquiries and transaction processing.
• Maintain customer files and ensure department standards are met.
• Perform various clerical tasks associated with Payment Operations.
• Process mail and reconcile transactions related to the product/functional area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience in Payment Operations or a similar field.
• Developing knowledge of the Payment Operations industry, including systems, products, and services.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers professionally to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• PC skills, including knowledge of Windows and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
