About The Position
The Payment Research Representative (PPSI) is responsible for monitoring and matching unpostables to the appropriate charges, initiating refunds, and determining payment allocations. This full-time remote position requires analytical skills to analyze unpostables and accurately match bank deposits to billing system deposits, ensuring accurate payment posting and reconciliation.
