About the position

As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, you will work with our team of fraud analysts reviewing withdrawals and evaluating player activity to identify suspicious activity. The work requires attention to detail and extensive and accurate documentation. An interest in sports and sports betting is helpful, but not an absolute must. In this role, you will carry out day-to-day tasks such as KYC (Know Your Customer), processing phone number and email change requests, reporting, escalations, and conducting fraud investigations. It is essential to ensure that all day-to-day tasks are being completed in accordance with our standards. You will collaborate with customer service teams to ensure that we continue to provide the best customer experience for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting any adverse trends, issues, and/or anomalies to the senior analyst, ensuring that our operations remain smooth and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day tasks such as KYC, phone number and email change requests, reporting, escalations, and fraud investigations.

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure that we continue to provide the best customer experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the payments/fraud industry
  • 1+ years of experience dealing with fraud
  • 1+ years of experience dealing with internal and external escalations
  • Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required
  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry
