About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Payments Operations Business Manager to support the Head of Payment Operations in managing a large organization of 2500 employees. This role involves strategic planning, performance metrics, budget forecasting, and preparing executive presentations. The individual will be responsible for leading a team, managing operations with high complexity, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of managers and individual contributors.
• Ensure successful planning, integration, and measurement of operations.
• Provide executive support for management routines and administrative tasks.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews focusing on measurements and data insights.
• Engage with functional leaders to obtain resources and influence outcomes.
• Recommend opportunities for process improvement and effective management support routines.
• Collaborate with business partners and executive management to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience in Payments Operations or operations business management preferred.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
• Experience preparing business reviews and presenting updates to senior leaders.
