About the position

The Payments QA/UAT Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of payment systems within the Global Treasury Management division. This role involves testing the ACI MTS application and understanding various payment processing systems, including SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS. The tester will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure that all requirements are met and that the systems function as intended.

Responsibilities

• Test the ACI MTS application for functionality and performance.
• Understand and validate the processing of SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS ISO messages.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Represent the product owner during agile sprints and communicate deliverables effectively.
• Analyze and document the end-to-end flow of payment systems and their interactions.
• Utilize JIRA and ALM for tracking and managing testing processes.

Requirements

• Proficient in the ACI MTS application.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS ISO message processing.
• Experience with JIRA and ALM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Banking experience, preferably with Wells Fargo.
• Strong background in wholesale treasury management.
• Experience with various payment systems including wire transfers and ACH.
