In addition to payroll processing, the Payroll Accounting Clerk will assist in the preparation of financial reports, maintain employee records, and support the accounting team with various tasks as needed. This position requires effective communication skills to interact with employees and address any payroll-related questions or concerns. The Payroll Accounting Clerk will also be responsible for time management to meet payroll deadlines and ensure timely processing of payroll for all employees. Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ADP and QuickBooks software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
