Payroll & Accounting Specialist

About the position

The Payroll & Accounting Specialist is the primary person responsible for the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring all employees and members are paid on time, accurately, and in compliance with multistate and federal regulations. Duties include accurate and timely reporting, billing, payment reconciliation, posting of all payroll and benefit related items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Hi-SET.
• Must have a valid license and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.
