The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for healthcare clients in a detail-oriented manner. Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for healthcare clients accurately and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Calculate and process deductions, benefits, and timecards in accordance with applicable payroll guidelines.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and clients.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting payroll data.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
