About the position

The position involves analyzing, verifying, tracking, and maintaining department-related databases and software. The individual will assist in the development and implementation of new monitoring tools and provide analytical support in assessing strategic growth projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project standards and the ability to apply them consistently while working under general guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting data in effective and clear formats tailored to the needs of specific audiences, including managers and staff. Additionally, the role includes serving as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, ensuring that all required information and data are documented and analyzed appropriately. The individual will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of system applications, utilizing standard project planning methodologies and knowledge of existing and planned applications. They will also enforce project deadlines and schedules, taking input from supervisors and accurately applying feedback. The role requires the development of internal and external meeting objectives and agendas, as well as an understanding of the components necessary for running a fiscally successful project. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of payroll experience required.
  • Prior experience with garnishments strongly preferred.
