About the position

The Payroll Analyst at Elevance Health is responsible for processing payroll transactions and addressing inquiries from associates and management regarding payroll issues, practices, and policies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries regarding payroll issues, practices, and policies for associates and management.
• Processes transactions for new hires, terminations, or active associates.
• Researches transaction and payroll issues using various databases and software.

Requirements

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of transaction experience in payroll or HR Operations, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Nice-to-haves

• Strongly preferred BA/BS degree.
• Workday experience is preferred.
