You will coordinate daily benefits processing, including new hire and open enrollments, COBRA, Life Event changes, and compliance testing. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will provide excellent customer service and follow through to resolve any pay or benefit issues that may arise. Additionally, you will manage the company and state leave of absence processes and train employees regarding the company payroll process and benefits.
