About the position

The Payroll and Billing Associate at Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is responsible for executing weekly payroll and billing processes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with project managers to ensure timely billing and involves meticulous record-keeping and research to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Completing weekly payroll for an assigned group of employees
• Generating and distributing invoices
• Developing and maintaining customer relations
• Assisting employees with timesheets as needed
• Researching billing discrepancies and reconciling data

Requirements

• Applicable prior work experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Billing & Payroll experience
• Valid Drivers License required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
