The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, administering employee benefits programs for leave of absences, handling employee inquiries related to HR policies for absence management, maintaining employee records in compliance with data protection regulations, and supporting HR Business Partners with general HR administration and ad hoc requests. You will also prepare and file HR-related documents, draft basic HR letters upon employee request, and assist in payroll processing for the Leave of Absence population. Additionally, you will validate payroll reports prepared by external vendors and address payroll-related queries from employees, escalating complex issues as necessary. This role also involves assisting with various HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external parties.
