About The Position
The Payroll Answer Bar Specialist at Tesla is responsible for supporting the Payroll team by analyzing and resolving payroll inquiries for approximately 50,000 employees across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll policies and procedures, along with excellent customer service skills. The position is based in Fremont, California, and operates in an in-office environment with a schedule from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
