Responsibilities

• Administer payroll programs accurately to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Compile payroll data including salary changes, insurance updates, and 401(k) deductions.
• Serve as a liaison with the facility, ASC Payroll, and HR Departments regarding payroll-related matters.
• Onboard new teammates and promote a positive employee experience.
• Communicate the company's compensation and benefit programs effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• Previous office and payroll experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
