The Payroll Benefits Coordinator at American Senior Communities plays a vital role in enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring accurate payroll administration. This position is centered around providing compassionate care to both patients and team members, while also managing payroll data and communicating effectively about compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients.
  • Onboard new teammates and assist in their integration into the team.
  • Administer payroll programs accurately to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively about the company's compensation and benefit programs.
  • Compile payroll data including salary changes, insurance updates, and 401(k) deductions, and submit to HR accurately and timely.
  • Act as a liaison between the facility, payroll, and HR departments regarding payroll-related matters.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous office and payroll experience preferred.
