About the position

The Payroll Benefits Coordinator will play a crucial role in the preparation, maintenance, processing, and auditing of payroll data and records. This position requires a strong understanding of HCM systems and serves as a technical point of contact for HR functions, ensuring the integrity and reliability of HR systems. The role also involves supporting HRIS upgrades and conducting user acceptance testing for new modules or regional rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation, maintenance, processing, and auditing of payroll data and records.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee and payroll-related transactions.
  • Manage and support navigation within HCM systems.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for HR functions.
  • Assist with end-user support issues and conduct impact analyses for new system releases.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for new modules or regional rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in human resources, business analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with HR data and HR systems, including payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum of pivot tables and v-lookup), Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
