The Payroll Benefits Coordinator position at Premier Dentist Partners is a vital role within our organization, focusing on the onboarding of new hires and the administration of employee benefits. This position reports directly to the Payroll Benefits Manager and is located in Chicago, IL. As a Dental Support Organization (DSO), Premier Dentist Partners is dedicated to alleviating non-clinical burdens from dental practices, allowing our affiliated dentists to concentrate on patient care. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our dentists, staff, and patients by providing exceptional business support services in a collaborative environment. In this role, the Payroll Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the ADP onboarding process, which includes sending welcome emails, creating new hire profiles in ADP, and processing I-9 forms through E-Verify. The coordinator will ensure that all new hire documents are accurately uploaded and filed in ADP, and will conduct monthly audits to maintain the accuracy of employee profiles. A thorough understanding of the company’s benefits offerings is essential, as the coordinator will administer the new hire benefit enrollment process and manage COBRA reinstatements. Additionally, the coordinator will monitor FMLA and LOA through the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and track leave in ADP. The role also involves auditing monthly benefit invoices, administering practice benefit payments, and processing Principal general ledger entries. The Payroll Benefits Coordinator will serve as a backup for payroll processing, maintaining the payroll balance sheet, and will be an approver in ADP for address changes and benefit enrollments. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company and individual offices effectively.
