About the position

Meadow Lake is now hiring a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Payroll Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the lives of our employees by managing payroll data, communicating benefits information, and supporting new team members during their onboarding process. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling payroll data, including salary changes, insurance updates, address changes, and 401(k) deductions. You will submit this information accurately and promptly to the ASC Human Resources department through Employee Data Sheets (EDS). Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the facility and the ASC Payroll and HR Departments, addressing any payroll-related inquiries and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your efforts will contribute to a positive employee experience and help foster a supportive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide care and compassion to the patients served by American Senior Communities.
  • Onboard new teammates and act as a positive teammate to fellow employees.
  • Administer payroll programs accurately to impact employee satisfaction positively.
  • Communicate the company's compensation and benefit programs effectively to promote a positive employee experience.
  • Compile payroll data such as salary changes, insurance updates, address changes, and 401(k) deductions and submit to ASC Human Resources accurately and timely through Employee Data Sheets (EDS).
  • Serve as a liaison with the facility, ASC Payroll, and HR Departments regarding payroll-related matters.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous office and payroll experience preferred.
