Meadow Lake is now hiring a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Payroll Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the lives of our employees by managing payroll data, communicating benefits information, and supporting new team members during their onboarding process. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling payroll data, including salary changes, insurance updates, address changes, and 401(k) deductions. You will submit this information accurately and promptly to the ASC Human Resources department through Employee Data Sheets (EDS). Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the facility and the ASC Payroll and HR Departments, addressing any payroll-related inquiries and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your efforts will contribute to a positive employee experience and help foster a supportive work environment.
