The position also requires initiating and monitoring onboarding and offboarding processes, processing employment-related data within HRIS systems, and performing monthly audits related to benefits and payroll. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with maintaining confidentiality regarding all matters, data, and documents.
