The role involves inputting and processing payroll and benefit information, maintaining the direct deposit system, coordinating with personnel for payroll and benefit services, and ensuring timely completion of municipal, federal, and state reporting requirements. The specialist will also recommend policies and procedures, research discrepancies, prepare annual tax information, and compose various materials for documentation purposes.
