About the position

As a Payroll Business Partner I at ADP, you will serve as a primary client liaison for ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution, providing specialized support and guidance to clients in managing their payroll and compliance needs. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, delivering timely and accurate payroll solutions, and ensuring compliance with employment and tax laws. You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that values professional growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, addressing time-sensitive payroll issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
  • Educate clients on ADP products and services, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhering to a structured daily schedule.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
