About the position

The Payroll Coordinator at Blue Compass RV plays a crucial role in managing payroll data and supporting the HR team. Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of HR/Payroll information in the HRIS system (Paylocity)
• Assist Payroll Specialists and associates with pay-related inquiries and verifications of employment
• Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policy
• Provide weekly reports to HR leadership
• Deliver Payroll initiatives through completion of special projects as assigned
• Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor.

Requirements

• College Degree (preferred but not required)
• Previous HR or payroll experience (preferred but not required)
• Previous dealership experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Great work ethic and commitment to organizational success
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
